Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Follow the instructions to return your item, if applicable.

Refund Process:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products or digital content

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
